FM-7600  Asphalt Fiber Feeder is  composed  of main  frame,  base, upper bin cover, bin door, bin, spiral elevator, first mixing tooth, material pump, feed valve, air inlet valve, discharge valve, gas storage tank, weighing system, electric control box, cabin door, enclosure plate and so on.

The system operates through dual-shaft mixing teeth in the silo that   disperse   materials.   Simultaneously,   a   screw   elevator delivers pre-measured quantities into the feed pump. After the weighing system completes measurement control, the computer activates valves to inject compressed air into the pump. When the  mixing  station’s  signal  is  received,  the  discharge  valve opens.  The  pressure  differential  between  the  pump’s  interior and exterior instantly releases material, rapidly transferring the pre-measured  quantity  into  the  mixing  station’s  tank.  This process  efficiently  completes both measurement  and material transfer tasks.
